INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The customer will be notified via email once the shipment is made. In the event of any change regarding the item purchased, you will be notified in the same way.
Usually the delivery period for national shipments is 2-6 business days. Our shipments are managed through the Parcel Express parcel. and delivery times are open Monday through Friday on business days.
In the case of international shipments it is 15 business days.
The cost of shipping may vary, depending on the destination and postal code.
Unfortunately, the delivery time is not guaranteed by MAGU HATS due to external conditions that could generate the delay, such as: high demand, weather, accidents, etc.
In the case of international shipments, the client will assume the corresponding customs procedures and expenses.
MAGU HATS is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling of the parcel (delivery problems, delays, etc.). However, we will do everything possible to protect the item so that it arrives in perfect condition at its destination.
In case of theft or loss of the package by the parcel, please notify us at the email firstname.lastname@example.org to be able to raise a report in which www.maguhats.com commits to the client, to provide follow-up and response .
Once the purchase order has been generated through www.maguhats.com , you will have 24 hours in case, due to any circumstance beyond your control, it requires its cancellation. Follow-up will be provided, as long as the item has not been sent for documentation by the parcel service.
In case of being in this circumstance, please send an email to email@example.com to be able to support you, within the previous conditions.
MAGU HATS items are unique pieces of design, which means that there is no other identical piece. However, in case of changes, the client can choose another model of their preference.
MAGU HATS does not accept returns of merchandise. Only changes by size or model, as long as the piece is in perfect condition.
If so, please follow the instructions below:
1. The customer will have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to be able to make a change in size or model. You must notify the email firstname.lastname@example.org or the service number and WhatsApp +52 55 6519 23 25, detailing the order number, model and size to be able to offer you another exchange option.
2. Once the change is authorized by means of an email confirmation, the merchandise must be sent with its original label.
3. Inside the package, please attach a printed copy of the exchange authorization email. together with the order number to be able to identify the order once it arrives at our facilities.
4. The client must purchase a guide with the parcel of their choice. The cost of shipping to our facilities will be borne by the customer and the package must be sent to the following address:

5. Once the package is received, the existence of the exchange item will be validated and it will be sent to you within the next 5 business days.
In the event that the article has a defect or is different from the original order, it must be notified to email@example.com within the first 48 hours after the product is received.
The email must be accompanied by the order number, a photographic proof and finally a brief description of the situation in order to proceed with the return of the product.
In case of requesting a cancellation you will have 5 business hours to do so. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that your order can be canceled.
We can provide follow-up to the cancellation request, as long as the order has not been sent for documentation by the parcel service.
If your purchase was made by bank card or PayPal, the refund will be made automatically by the same payment method, and it will be reflected in 3 to 10 business days in your account.
