MAGU HATS reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

All our articles and products will be charged in Mexican Pesos, the currency exchange in the case of international purchases will be applied by your bank.

SIX.- MERCHANDISE AND AVAILABILITY

 

Our products are exclusive designs, which means that there are no 2 identical copies of any of our models. All products offered in the online store www.maguhats.com are subject to availability. In case of not being a product available, the customer can proceed to make an item change or cancel the order and return the payment.

SEVENTH.- PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

 

The characteristics and specifications of the products may change without prior notice, the photographs within the online store are an illustrative representation of the design, shape and material.

EIGHTH.- SHIPMENTS

 

Once your purchase is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your package to be able to track it. Our shipments are managed through the Parcel Express parcel.

 

And delivery times are open Monday through Friday on business days. The estimated delivery time to all of Mexico is 2-6 business days. In the case of international shipments it is 15 business days.

 

Unfortunately, the delivery time is not guaranteed by MAGU HATS due to external conditions that could generate the delay, such as: high demand, weather, accidents, etc.

 

The shipping cost depends on the destination located in the Mexican Republic.

NINTH.- PACKAGING

 

Our merchandise will be packed at no additional charge, except in the case of large volume shipments.

TENTH.- CANCELLATIONS

 

In case of requesting a cancellation, please send an email to hola.maguhats@gmail.com as soon as possible so that it can be canceled. We can provide support, as long as the order has not been documented by the parcel service.

 

If your purchase was made by bank card or PayPal, the refund will be made automatically by the same payment method, and it will be reflected in 3 to 10 business days in your bank account.

ELEVENTH.- CHANGES AND RETURNS

 

MAGU HATS items are unique pieces of design, which means that there is no other identical piece. However, in case of changes, the client can choose another model of their preference.

 

MAGU HATS does not accept returns of merchandise. Only changes by size or model, as long as the piece is in perfect condition.

Process:

 

1. The customer will have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to be able to make a change in size or model. You must notify the email hola.maguhats@gmail.com or the service number and WhatsApp +52 55 6519 23 25, detailing the order number, model and size to be able to offer you another exchange option.

 

2. Once the change is authorized by means of an email confirmation, the merchandise must be sent with its original label.

 

3. Inside the package, please attach a printed copy of the exchange authorization email, along with the order number to be able to identify the order, once it arrives at our facilities.

 

4. The client must acquire a guide with the parcel of their choice and the cost of shipping to our facilities will be borne by the client. The package must be sent to the following address:

THIRTEENTH.- BILLING

 

In case of requiring an invoice, the client must send a copy of his proof of payment and fiscal data to the email hola.maguhats@gmail.com within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Our trademark is protected by the Laws of Protection of Copyright, as well as the content displayed on the site www.maguhats.com, its respective digital media, graphic design and logos, belonging exclusively to MAGU HATS.
